Adam Szabo

Partner/Director of Management Services

Adam has a 20+ year track record of successful property and asset management, having managed and invested in multifamily properties of various sizes, locations and profiles throughout his career. Adam also has extensive experience in business development, organizational management, strategy implementation, and client relationship management.

Adam is a Partner and Director of Management Services at Vinyl. He is primarily responsible for oversight of the company's management operations and strategy implementation.

​

Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Ryan Goldstein

Partner/Controller

Ryan has more than 15 years of experience in professional real estate management. Throughout his career he has overseen management assignments comprising thousands of units and millions of square feet of multifamily and commercial property.

Ryan began his real estate management career in 2009, representing clients ranging from family offices and real estate development firms to non-profit organizations and multinational institutions in the acquisition, operations, repositioning, and disposition of properties mostly in the New York City metropolitan area. In the interim, Ryan has built a portfolio of self-managed multifamily properties across the northeastern United States and invested in projects managed by other operators across the United States.

Ryan is a Partner and Controller at Vinyl. His roles include support of the company's corporate governance, tax and accounting, compliance, management operations, and client relations.

​

Ryan holds a BBA in Real Estate Development from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business and an MBA in Corporate Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Steven Heller

Partner/Director of Compliance

Steven has more than ten years of professional experience in residential and commercial real estate management.

​

Steven has served in a wide variety of property management and asset management roles, including at Sun Equity Partners and PAG Investments, where Steven oversaw multiple portfolios of multifamily, industrial, self-storage, hospitality, retail, office properties throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States.

​

Steven is a Partner and Director of Compliance at Vinyl. His roles at the firm include support of the company's compliance, management operations, corporate governance, and client relations.

​

Steven holds a BS in Finance and MS in Financial Planning from Bentley University and an MS in Real Estate Investment and Finance from New York University.

Charine Eddings

Regional Manager

With more than a decade of experience in property management, Charine has successfully overseen a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties with a specialization in conventional class-A communities. Charine’s management assignments have ranged in scale from boutique residential buildings to 1,200-unit projects. Her expertise also extends to student and senior living, affordable housing, and commercial property.

Charine has a proven track record of implementing million-dollar revenue-generating initiatives, and consistently maintaining exceptional occupancy rates and resident satisfaction at her managed properties.

​

Charine is a Regional Manager at Vinyl Management, with primary responsibility for all aspects of property management for her portfolio of properties.

​

Charine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from William Paterson University. Beyond her professional achievements, Charine has a passion for travel and has explored 30 countries across four continents. She brings a unique perspective to property management, blending strategic insight with a global outlook.

Melissa Nunez

Property Manager

Melissa has more than 10 years of experience in residential property management and client relations. Melissa’s experience ranges from the simultaneous leasing of 10 properties across three counties to the dedicated leasing and management of a nearly 400-unit multifamily community. 

Known for a detail-oriented management approach, she excels in managing day-to-day operations, from resident relations to property maintenance. On the leasing side, Melissa is dedicated to helping prospective residents find their ideal home, offering honest, expert guidance throughout the process.
Melissa combines a strong understanding of real estate markets and operations with exceptional communication skills. Passionate about delivering top-tier service, she works tirelessly to maintain her properties to the highest standard and ensure residents have positive, harmonious experiences.

Melissa is a Property Manager with Vinyl Management. In this role, her interpersonal skills and service-focused approach have allowed her to consistently exceed expectations, driving the highest degree of satisfaction among residents. Melissa is keen on cultivating an atmosphere that makes residents feel happy and at ease in their home and community.

Atoya Thompson

Property Manager

Atoya Thompson is a dedicated real estate professional with more than 10 years of experience in the property management industry. Atoya specializes in managing class-A residential properties and is known for her personalized approach to client services.

Atoya was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York where she grew up with a passion to serve the community. Atoya studied Criminal Justice and law at the University at Albany and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Throughout her career, she has also discovered her passion for customer service working in property management, leasing and the service industry for more than a decade. Atoya worked her way up in the field starting out as a leasing consultant, earning her Real Estate Agent license, and becoming a Leasing Manager, Project Manager, and Property Manager.

Atoya is a Property Manager at Vinyl Management. In this role, Atoya brings focus to building strong client relations while providing a top-notch living environment. Atoya strives to provide the highest level of integrity and commitment to every interaction with residents, owners, and vendors. Atoya enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and learning how to figure skate.

Jay Marrero

Maintenance Supervisor

Jay has built a diverse and extensive career in property maintenance over the past 14 years, starting as a live-in superintendent in New York City. Over time, he has expanded his expertise while honing his focus on condominium and luxury rental communities. His unique experience has helped him develop a strong foundation in building systems, problem-solving, and providing high-quality service to both residents and management.

Throughout his career, Jay has become proficient in key areas such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. He holds certifications in these disciplines, including an EPA license, CPO and Fire Safety for Residential Buildings, which allows him to work safely and effectively with a wide range of systems. His technical skills have been essential in troubleshooting and maintaining building infrastructure to ensure critical systems run smoothly for both residents and property owners. In addition to his hands-on work, he has also attained expertise in emergency preparedness, from managing evacuations to preparing for natural disasters like hurricanes, floods and fires.

Jay is a Maintenance Supervisor with Vinyl Management, and in this role he is known for being outgoing and approachable, which helps him build strong relationships with residents, property managers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Jay thrives in providing clear communication, level-headedness, and all-around high-quality customer service.

Brandon Turner

Maintenance Supervisor

Brandon has more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of property maintenance, including as a general construction contractor, handyman, painter, building superintendent, and maintenance supervisor.

Brandon is a Maintenance Supervisor at Vinyl Management. In this role, Brandon is responsible for  overseeing all aspects of building and property maintenance at his assigned properties.

​

Brandon holds an Associates Degree in psychology from Rutgers University.
